You can book tickets by in person, online or by telephone.  Ticket Terms and Conditions

Opening Hours:
Mon-Fri: 10am – 5.30pm, Sat: 10am – 12pm and 1 hour before evening performances.

In Person: At our Box Office, The Beehive, Dowell Street, Honiton EX14 1LZ.

Online: You can book online 24 hours a day. To book just go to the What’s On section, select the event you would like to book and click the ‘book now’ button.  Creative courses/workshops, events organised by hirers and wheelchair places are not available to book online. Please note online booking incurs a minimal booking fee of 60p per ticket. These booking fees reflect the costs of creating, maintaining and operating the website and our box office systems. Tickets can be collected at the box office. Alternatively, we can post them to you for £1.

By Phone: You can purchase your tickets instantly by debit/credit card over the phone. There is a booking fee per transaction for credit card purchases of 60p a ticket capped at 4 tickets. Tickets can be collected at the box office. Alternatively, we can post them to you for £1.


We accept payment by cash, debit or credit card, cheque (made payable to The Beehive). Please note if you pay by cash or debit card The Beehive incurs lower bank charges (every little helps!)

The Beehive (Honiton Community Complex) is a registered charity (Charity No: 08409289). If you would like to make a donation at the time of booking please inform the Box Office. For further details of ways to support The Beehive click here.


We are unable to give refunds or exchange tickets unless the event is cancelled.


Concessions are available, where specified, for children under 16, students in full-time education and CEA Card holders.  Proof of eligibility is required.

School/Group Bookings

Discounts are available for group bookings. For every 10 tickets you book the 11th is FREE. To claim this discount please contact Box Office. Advance booking is recommended.

Your details will only be used by The Beehive to communicate with you. They will not be shared with third parties unless you have given your consent.

For many of our performances seating is unallocated.
Seats can be reserved for wheelchair users and disabled patrons. For further access details click here.
Please advise Box Office when booking if you require a wheelchair space or any additional assistance.


We always recommend that children are accompanied by an adult. However, we will admit children aged 12 and over unaccompanied.
No dogs apart from Guide Dogs are permitted on the premises.
