Opening Hours: Mon-Fri: 10am – 5.30pm, Sat: 10am – 12pm and 1 hour before evening performances.
In Person: At our Box Office, The Beehive, Dowell Street, Honiton EX14 1LZ.
Online: You can book online 24 hours a day. To book just go to the What’s On section, select the event you would like to book and click the ‘book now’ button. Creative courses/workshops, events organised by hirers and wheelchair places are not available to book online. Please note that booking incurs a minimal booking fee (typically between 30p and 60p per ticket depending on event). As a charity, we don’t charge this to make a profit. These booking fees help with the costs of creating, maintaining and operating the website and our box office systems. Tickets can be collected at the box office. Alternatively, we can post them to you for £1.
By Phone: You can purchase your tickets instantly by debit/credit card over the phone. Please note that booking incurs a minimal booking fee (between 30p and 60p per ticket depending on event type). These booking fees reflect the costs of creating, maintaining and operating the website and our box office systems. Tickets can be collected at the box office. Alternatively, we can post them to you for £1.
We accept payment by cash, debit or credit card, cheque (made payable to The Beehive). Please note if you pay by cash or debit card The Beehive incurs lower bank charges (every little helps!)

We are unable to give refunds or exchange tickets unless the event is cancelled.
Concessions are available, where specified, for children under 16 and students in full-time education. Proof of eligibility is required. For cinema screenings only, we accept the Cinema Exhibitors’ Association (CEA) Card which enables a disabled cinema guest to receive a complimentary ticket for someone to go with them to provide the help they may need during their visit. This does not include event screenings.
Discounts are available for school bookings. For every 10 tickets you book the 11th is FREE. To claim this discount please contact Box Office. Advance booking is recommended.

We always recommend that children are accompanied by an adult. However, we will admit children aged 12 and over unaccompanied. The Beehive restricts admission to film screenings in line with British Board of Film Classification certification guidelines. For further details, click here (pdf).
No dogs apart from Guide Dogs are permitted on the premises.
