The Beehive is a community focused creative arts and entertainment hub in the heart of Honiton, East Devon. We offer a diverse programme of live events, cinema, exhibitions, workshops, and space for community activities, meetings and conferences.

Run by a charity and used by many local organisations and interest groups, The Beehive is proud to be an inclusive and accessible venue, welcoming everyone. Our mission is to create a vibrant and inclusive community hub, dedicated to providing a diverse range of activities which cater to the unique interests of all our clientele, within an environment that is always friendly and welcoming.

Box office opening hours are Mon-Fri: 9am – 5.30pm and 1 hour before performances.
Tickets can be purchased from the box office or by telephone during opening hours, or online. Tickets are available as e-tickets or collection from the box office, pre event or when we open for the event. For standing gigs e-tickets are not available and tickets can only be collected from
the box office pre-event or at the event.

Audience Participation

Audience participation is actively encouraged by many of the live performers here at The Beehive, please be prepared
for singing and dancing by your fellow audience members.

Parking

Parking At The Beehive – The car park behind our venue belongs to Honiton Town Council and not ourselves. Parking when visiting The Beehive is limited and we cannot guarantee there will be spaces when you visit us. There is local parking available and a pay and display car park a few minutes walk up the road at Lace Walk Car Park which is free after 6pm .

Please note the area on the left hand side of the car park as you drive in is for coaches only and is not to be used for general parking and must be kept clear at all times. Please also avoid parking on or in front of any yellow hatched areas, especially at the rear of the building which must be kept clear for emergency access.

The Beehive Cafe

The Beehive Cafe is open Monday – Friday from 10am to 3pm. Last food orders by 2pm and last drink orders accepted until 2:30pm.
