An awesome October coming up at The Beehive!

Yes, folks, we have an amazing autumn season lined up and a whopping big thank you must go out to all our fantastic volunteers, it’s pretty humbling to see how much time, love and energy they put into their community venue- Come and meet them!

The Royal Opera House Live screening of “La Boheme” is here at 7.15pm on Tuesday 3rd Oct. Puccini’s romantic depiction of bohemian Paris, and a love story drawn from everyday life, won’t leave a dry eye in the house, so be sure to bring your tissues along!

Continuing with an interesting selection of cinema this month we have Bill Nighy and Olivia Cooke starring in “The Limehouse Golem”(15) which offers old-school Hammer-style horror anchored by rich period detail and strong work from a solid cast on Sat 7th Oct at 7.30pm. The following Saturday 14th at 7.30pm we have “Maudie”(12A) which charts the unlikely romance between Maud Lewis, a Canadian folk artist who blossoms in later life, and the curmudgeonly recluse, Everett. Superb performances from Sally Hawkins and Ethan Hawke.
