The Beehive Gift and Craft fair is back! Last year’s pre-Christmas fair in October 2014 proved to be very successful, with 50 exhibitors and over 300 visitors. The Beehive offers a new and exciting venue for a craft fair, having the capacity to accommodate a large number of stalls and the ability to attract a sizeable clientele. Refreshments will be available throughout the day from our in-house café, including early day hot and cold snacks.
On this occasion we will be using rooms on both floors of The Beehive. These are:-
a) The Joanna Leach Auditorium (main hall on ground floor) (30 spaces)
b) The Gallery (hallway leading to the Joanna Leach) (5 spaces)
c) Reception (just inside the main entrance) (3 spaces)
d) The Hayward Room (adjacent to the café) (6 spaces)
e) The Liz Tirard Function Room (1st floor) (9 spaces)
f) First Floor corridor (2 spaces)
If you would like to book a stall, you will need to complete and return the Craft Booking form. This contains full details of space availability and fees.
We will confirm bookings by email wherever possible after 31 July. Please note that a cancellation charge applies of 50% of the total fee for any cancellations which are received up to 2 weeks before the event and 100% within 2 weeks of 17 October 2015.
We reserve the right to restrict the number of bookings within any one category of crafts.
Late availability will be offered to those on the waiting list(s) in chronological order.
