SASSY Choir welcomes enthusiastic singers in Honiton

Sassy Choir (Sing and Sign with Sharon and Sue) takes place on 2nd & 4th Fridays of the month from 7pm to 9pm, at The Beehive, Honiton, at a cost of £5.

It is held in the Hayward Room – beside the bar.

“It’s a fun choir, no ‘dots’, just song sheets, – with nice, easy songs – most of which you will already know. Sung to guitar accompaniment or to ‘backing tracks’ We have two ‘Sassy men so far but always hoping for more, so if you know anyone who does not want the “full-on traditional” choir but just wants a fun sing on a Friday evening, please do tell them to come along and give us a try? It’s a good choir for the beginner or the ‘I’d love to sing, but don’t think I can’ singer too but perhaps not the choir for the advanced singer, the more ‘traditional’ choir member, or anyone wanting to do more complex part singing.”It is a fully inclusive, disability- and SEN-friendly choir.”It is a community choir in the widest sense – so it’s very suitable for carers, enablers, parents of children with (or adults with) any kind of special need or physical disability, with good wheelchair access.”

Occasionally session times change, so if coming for the first time please either text or ring first – 07854 822809 – or email on cornishsinger@icloud.com to double check the date of the next session.
