Built in 2014, The Beehive is a community and arts venue in Honiton, East Devon with a programme of live events, cinema and space for community activities, exhibitions, workshops, meetings and conferences.
Honiton Community Complex is the charity responsible for the management of The Beehive. Our mission is to create a vibrant and stimulating centre that engages, challenges, entertains, educates and embraces our whole community.
We are seeking articulate individuals with experience and leadership within the public, private or charity sectors to join the board of trustees and help continue our mission. Skills in the arts, financial management, legal, fundraising and HR sector would all be of particular interest. Trustees meet once a month with occasional extraordinary meetings when required.
This is a unique opportunity to join a small, friendly team of people and use your professional skills to play an integral part in the good governance of the charity and support and influence the management of this award-winning venue.
