The closure of St Margaret’s School in Exeter resulted in an auction of all of their equipment. Thanks to the Friends of the Beehive, Vernon Whitlock and David Perkins, directors of the Beehive, attending the auction determined to come away with the quality stage that was being sold off, together with two choir risers. After an intense period of bidding your Directors came in on the outside rail with a late bid which clinched the stage and risers.
So come on all you budding thespians and get you act together for a performance at The Beehive.
